Public site, contact, and book
Visitors use your slug.rapidco.de (or a verified custom domain). Apex rapidco.de is marketing, not your company site.
- Public site: /site (home), Contact, Careers, Downloads, News, Events, Links, Book if Appointments is on.
- Contact form submissions land in Website → contact requests. They are not Support tickets unless you copy them.
- Book is /site/book. Hours and types come from Appointments settings.
- Point a custom domain in Settings → Domains and verify it. Emails to guests then prefer that host.
