Sales

Sales pipeline

Opportunity → proposal (quote) → send to the portal → accept → contract and project.

  1. Turn Sales on in the module store if you do not see it.
  2. Open Sales. Create an opportunity for a client company (title, value, currency).
  3. From the opportunity, draft a proposal. That is the quote: line items and totals.
  4. If the company is a Rapidco subscriber (copied into this workspace when they signed up), the opportunity lists every module they have ever activated, including ones they later turned off. That list updates as soon as they install another module.
  5. Send the proposal. The customer sees it in the portal. When they accept (or you mark it accepted), a contract is created. A project can follow from that accepted work.
