Turn modules on

Companies, Portal, and Support Desk are always on. Sales, Projects, Documents, Meetings, Appointments, Customer Billing, Invoices, Website, Reports, Automation, Bookkeeping, and Transfer are optional.

  1. Open the Module store icon next to Support in the sidebar (owners and admins). It is also in the account menu.
  2. Add a module when you need that part of the product. Removing a module hides it; some data stays in the database.
  3. Billing, if you add it, depends on Sales. Appointments is separate from Meetings: one is public booking, the other is internal agendas.
  4. Staff only see modules their role is allowed to open. That is set under Workspace → Role access.
