Projects

Tasks on a project

Tasks are the checklist for delivery. They sit on the project page under Tasks, optionally grouped by phase.

  1. Open the project. Scroll to Tasks (right column, under Roadmap and Gantt).
  2. Add a task: title, optional body (plain or rich text), optional phase, start and due dates, and assignee. Assignees are contacts (staff or client people linked on this project). Start and due must sit inside the phase (and the project).
  3. Tick the checkbox when a task is finished. Untick to reopen it.
  4. You cannot mark the whole project Done until every task is finished.
  5. When the project is Done, the task list is read-only. Use a follow-up project for new work.
