Companies and contacts
Every client, vendor, and sub-contractor is a company. Projects, sales, tickets, and invoices hang off that company.
- Open Companies. Filter by Clients, Vendors, Sub-contractors, or Archived. Tag bubbles under Staff search filter by labels such as Tax consultant.
- Use the form on the right to add a company. Choose the type: Client (needs a contact), Vendor (phone or hosting — contact optional), Sub-contractor (people you hire onto projects), or your own business-owner company (once). Add tags (comma-separated) to categorise further.
- Open a company to add contacts, notes, and to jump into that company’s projects, sales, or tickets.
- Archive a company from its page when you no longer want it in the main list. Invoices and documents stay.
Offices and the service catalogue live on the Companies page as well. Offices can appear on the public About page. Services are what you sell, not project tasks.
