Edit and publish a page

Each page has a slug, title, and body. Publish when it should go live.

1. Create a page from Website. Open it to edit the body (text or rich text).
2. Publish from the list or the page. Unpublish to take it off the public site without deleting.
3. The home of the public site is assembled from hero, proof, contact, and published pages — not only one HTML file.
4. Impressum and similar legal pages are normal pages you write yourself.
