Projects

Finish a project and open a follow-up

Done means the original plan is closed. Extra work is a new project linked as a follow-up (kind Fix).

  1. Finish every task. Set status to Done on Overview and save. The product blocks Done while tasks are open.
  2. The original project stays visible and read-only for tasks. Do not reopen it for a new scope.
  3. In Follow-ups, name the extra work, write a new scope, pick owner and dates, then open the follow-up.
  4. The follow-up appears on the list like any other project, with a link back to the original.
