Notes, files, links, subcontractors

The rest of the project page is working material, not the legal contract.

1. Notes are a running log on the project. Add them as you go.
2. Files are uploads attached to this project. Use Documents if you need a numbered, portal-shared file with a template.
3. Links are URLs (staging site, Figma, repo). They show at the top of the project and on the list item.
4. Subcontractors: add a sub-contractor company under Companies first, then attach them here with scope, price, and requirements.
