Client portal

Client portal (staff view)

Staff see all portal threads. Customers only see their company’s messages, documents, and invoices.

  1. Open Client Portal in the CRM to read threads. Reply from a thread. That is the customer-facing inbox.
  2. Grant portal access from a company page (email of the customer). They sign in at /portal on your workspace host.
  3. Sending a proposal or sharing a document/invoice is what makes those items appear for the customer.
  4. Do not put internal notes in a portal thread if the customer should not read them. Use project notes or support notes instead.
