rapidco Early Access Terms
On the signup form you must tick I accept the Early Access Terms. That tick is your signature for your company. A copy of this signed agreement is emailed to you and to Accidentally Experts, who operate rapidco.
Checking I accept is your signature
When you create a workspace, you must tick “I accept the Early Access Terms.” That tick is your signature for your company. rapidco emails this signed agreement to you at the address you registered with, and to Accidentally Experts, the company that operates the service.
This is early access, not production
rapidco is in public early access on this host. A workspace you create now is for trying the product. It is not a production system and is not offered with the safeguards of a finished commercial service. We cap tester workspaces (currently 400) because each workspace has a 100 MB file quota on this server. When the cap is reached, new people can join a waiting list for a free seat or to be told when we go live.
Do not use real productive data
You must not store real customer, employee, financial, or other productive business data in this workspace during early access. Use sample or throwaway data only. The reason is operational: this instance has no off-site backup and the database and server disk are not encrypted at rest. If the host fails or is compromised, that data may be lost or readable. Wait until rapidco is offered as production before putting live business data in it.
Do not use this for fraud or other harm
You must not use rapidco, your workspace, or any website published from it to commit fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or other unlawful or deceptive activity. Do not send spam, host malware, steal credentials, attack this or other systems, or publish content that is illegal or that you do not have the right to publish. Accidentally Experts may suspend or close a workspace we believe is used this way, and may report it where the law requires.
What is encrypted today
Traffic in the browser uses HTTPS. Connections to Postgres use SSL. File uploads to object storage request server-side encryption. Multi-factor and login secrets are encrypted in the application. Tenant data is isolated in the database.
What is not encrypted or backed up yet
CRM rows in Postgres are not encrypted at rest. This server’s disk is not encrypted. There is no nightly off-site copy of the database or uploads, and no tested disaster-recovery restore. A workspace export is a file you can download yourself; it is not a backup Accidentally Experts keeps for you.
Where workspace data is stored
Your workspace data (Postgres and uploads) is stored on this rapidco host in the European Union, not on US hyperscalers. Let’s Encrypt only issues the TLS certificate. Marketing pages may load Google Fonts. If Stripe is enabled later, card payments follow Stripe’s own terms. Those services are not your CRM database. Any future off-site backups will also stay in the EU.
Unused workspaces are deleted
If nobody signs in to a tester workspace for 30 days, we schedule it for deletion. You then have 30 days to sign in. Signing in during that window reactivates the workspace. If you do not, we delete the early-access data so the seat can go to someone on the waiting list. This inactivity process applies only during early access.
What happens when we go live
When rapidco is offered as production, we will remove early-access tester data from this host unless the workspace is on our protect list. Protected workspaces are kept dormant until the owner subscribes. Do not rely on early-access data surviving go-live unless we have confirmed protection in writing.
Who operates this
Accidentally Experts operates rapidco. Public early access may close when the tester cap is reached. We may suspend a workspace that we believe holds real productive data, is used for fraud or other abuse, or close the pilot. These terms apply until we publish production terms or ask you to accept a new version.
